\",\"infoButtonText\":\"Der Index \\\"Ausgewogene Ernährung\\\" zeichnet wöchentlich die Entwicklung der Absatzmengen von Lebensmitteleinzelhandelsketten in Deutschland nach. Er setzt sich zusammen aus aggregierten Einzelindizes für Warengruppen, die zu frischem Obst und frischem Gemüse zählen, wie zum Beispiel Äpfel, Paprika, Tomaten und viele mehr. Aggregierte Indizes, nur für frisches Obst und nur für frisches Gemüse, stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. In allen drei Fällen werden die Einzelindizes gewichtet nach ihrem Umsatz im Basisjahr 2021 aggregiert.\\n\\nDie Angaben basieren auf neuen Datenquellen und Methoden: Ausgewertet werden digital verfügbare Kassendaten, sogenannte Scannerdaten. Die zugrunde liegenden Daten basieren auf einer Vielzahl an Filialen von verschiedenen Lebensmitteleinzelhändlern aus ganz Deutschland.\\n\\nZur Verbesserung der Qualität können Revisionen der Daten erfolgen.
